In hydraulic cylinders, whether the selection of the control valve is reasonable will have a great impact. When selecting the control valve, the first consideration is from two aspects. The first is the selection of the share directional valve, and the other is the selection of the imported pressure compensator. Let's take a look at the detailed content together.

Under normal circumstances, we can combine different valves according to the needs and use them together. For example, we can use the hydraulic cylinder's economically controlled share directional valve and fixed differential pressure reducing valve together, and then form a differential pressure compensation type share directional flow valve. The controlled flow of this flow valve mainly depends on the input electrical signal, and will not be affected by changes in fuel supply pressure and load pressure. Generally, the differential pressure of the fixed differential pressure reducing valve is 1.0 MPa.

After the pressure difference is determined, the flow rate of the hydraulic cylinder share directional valve can be determined as follows: the input signal corresponding to the maximum flow through the share directional valve should be close to 90% of the additional input signal, and the minimum flow through the share valve corresponds to The input signal should be greater than the dead zone of the share directional valve. This not only improves the resolution of the flow, but also avoids the appearance of creeping problems.

So, what should be considered when choosing an imported pressure compensator? For now, the imported pressure compensator of a hydraulic cylinder uses two-way and three-way structures in most cases, and two-way is the most common. However, it should be noted that the normal operation of this type of compensator requires a minimum control pressure difference, and the fixed differential pressure reducing valve can achieve the fixed differential pressure reducing effect.

If the fulfilling element is a negative load, then this effect will be lost. In order to avoid this problem, we can use a counterbalance valve with a back pressure effect, so as to ensure that the pressure difference of the valve port of the share valve does not change with the fluctuation of the load.
