Wei Rong was founded in 2007. Since its establishment, the company has been committed to reducing the manufacturing costs of hydraulic cylinders while ensuring product quality for its customers. It specializes in producing large hydraulic cylinder barrels by heating and rolling thick steel plates of various materials, achieving an annual production capacity exceeding 5,000 tons of hydraulic cylinders.

In August 2023, Wei Rong added a large heat treatment workshop equipped with seven large-scale heat treatment devices. These facilities primarily handle quenching and tempering, surface quenching, normalizing, and tempering processes on large components. Key equipment specifications include:

‌Vertical medium-frequency quenching machine‌: Processing range of Φ2200×8500 (60T load capacity with rotation capability).
‌Horizontal medium-frequency quenching machine‌: Processing range of Φ1200×18000.
‌Multi-purpose furnace‌ with a maximum heating temperature of 1150°C, supported by cooling pools.
A ‌3,500-ton hydraulic straightening machine‌ for precision alignment.

This expansion enhances Wei Rong’s capability to deliver high-quality, large-scale hydraulic solutions with advanced thermal processing and precision correction technologies.
